How do I place an order?

Have your provider phone, fax, or e-scribe your prescription to our pharmacy. If your prescription is already at another pharmacy, our team can transfer the order for you. To request a refill, you can call or text us at 864-729-8193 and our staff will let you know when it is ready. 

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes, we offer free consultations to discuss your health and medication needs. Simply call or stop by and our pharmacists will be more than happy to speak with you. 

What are your shipping options?

We offer free shipping, free local delivery, and local pickup options to ensure your medications reach you in a timely manner. Please contact a member of the pharmacy staff for more details. 

Do you accept insurance or discount cards?

Unfortunately we are unable to bill insurance or discount cards for compounded medications. We will be more than happy to provide the necessary information to assist you with filing a manual claim with your insurance for reimbursement. We also accept most FSA/HSA cards for payment. 

We work diligently to keep costs down so we can pass the savings on to our patients. We will match or beat any competitor's price!
